XO Helicopters builds on a solid heritage dating back to the 1980s, originating from Helifly’s helicopter operations and maintenance activities. Over time, the operational side was divested, and the company developed into a dedicated maintenance and trading organization.

The company known today as XO Helicopters AS carries forward the original organization and legacy from its previous identity. In February 2022, XO Maintenance AS officially changed its registered name to XO Helicopters AS, and XO Maintenance is therefore no longer a company name.

As part of its continued development, Aeroservice has recently been merged into XO Helicopters, further strengthening the company’s capabilities, expertise, and market position.

XO Helicopters is part of XO Group, a diversified group with core activities in aviation, alongside other companies within property, real estate development, and related business segments.

Today, XO Helicopters focuses on the global purchase and sale of helicopters, components, and spare parts. We specialize in acquiring complete fleets for teardown, resale, or leaseback solutions, enabling us to offer flexible and cost-effective options to our customers.

With a substantial inventory based in Norway, we are able to supply a wide range of parts directly from stock. Most, if not all, quotations are fulfilled from our own inventory—ensuring fast response times, reliability, and full control of quality.
